Flexitime normal program
Example: flexible lunch-break with IN/OUT registration (columns 2 and 3) and 2 more defined breaks, which are automatically substracted from the day total formation (column 5).


Special program for one day
E.g. friday or every other day. Example: IN/OUT registration (columns 1 and 4), 2 defined breaks are automatically substracted from the day total formation (column 5).


Special program for 2 days
E.g. saturday and sunday or 2 other sequent days. Example: flexible lunch-break with IN/OUT registration (columns 2 and 3) and one more defined break, which is automatically substracted from the day total formation (column 5).
Fixed time program
Example without overtime (above): day total (with 3 automatically substracted breaks) = column 5, cumulative total = column 6. Example with overtime (below): cumulative day total (breaks automatically substracted) = column 5, cumulative overtime = column 6.


Part time program
Consistent for all part time workers defined working time, e.g. 3 hours of a 24-h-day. Optional start of work, finish of the chargeable working time after 3 hours, later OUT registration without charging.
…the K 975 registers and calculates precisely the actual working times, with or without separate registration of overtime, ans simplyfies wage accounting.
The K 975 is ideal for recording working time and simplifying wage accounting for a maximum of 100 people. Only the company-specific work times, which are relevant for the calculation, are recorded and continuously added up according to the calculation period. If required overtime is separately acquired and accumulated, too. The account periods are optionally monthly, 2-weekly or weekly.
