You select your work time model...

Fixed time normal program (same daily work times, e.g. Monday to Thursday)

The effective daily working time runs from start of work at 07:30 a.m. to end of work at 4:30 p.m. minus programmed break times at 9:00 - 9:15 a.m. and 12:00 - 12:45 p.m. Registration times before regular start of work and after regular end of work will not be taken into account in the balance.

Fixed time - special program (short daily work times, e.g. Fridays)

The effective daily working time runs from start of work at 07:30 a.m. to end of work at 12:30 p.m. minus programmed break time from 9:00 - 9:15 a.m. Registration times before regular start of work and after regular end of work will not be taken into account in the balance.

Flexi-time normal program (e.g. start of work 07:00 to 07:30 a.m., end of work 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.)

Start of work between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m., end of work between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The effective daily working time is the registration time between these times minus programmed break times from 9:00 - 9:15 a.m. and 12:00 - 12:45 p.m. Registration times before 7:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. are not taken into account in the balance.

Flexi-time special program (e.g. Wednesday: start of work 07:00 to 08:00 a.m., end of work 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.)

The effective daily working time runs from start of work between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. and end of work between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. The effective working time per day is the registration time between these times minus the programmed break time 9:00 - 9:15 a.m. Registration times before 7:00 a.m. or after 2:00 p.m. are not taken into account in the balance.

Part time normal program (any IN/OUT registration within a 24-hour day, with the same duration of work, valid for each employee)

Within a given day, each person can work for a maximum of e.g.3 hours at any time. If end of work is registered later than after 3 hours, this "extra time" will not be recorded in the balance.

...the K 875 registers, calculates and simplifies wage accounting

The K 875 model is ideal for recording the attendance time for a maximum of 50 people. Only the company-specific work times which are specified and which are relevant for the calculation, are recorded and continuously added up according to the calculation period.

Information on the time card

1. Month registration

2. Date, alternative weekday Mon - Sun

3. Designation ! for late IN or early OUT (core time violation).

4. Designation * IN/OUT registration outside the programmed working time with fixed time programs.
This time is not taken into account in the balance.

5. Second IN/OUT registration per working day (e.g. interruption of work). In the event of several IN/OUT registrations, there are additional time balances for this working day.

Time approximation possibilities

Working time approximation:
The daily working time for fixed
time programs can be
approximated to 3, 5, 6, 10, 12,
15, 20 or 30 minutes, e.g. the
time balance can be rounded up
or down by a full ten minutes.

Approximation of the registration times:

The IN/OUT registration can be approximated to 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20 or 30 minutes, e.g. the time balance is rounded up by a full five minutes for the IN registration and rounded down by a full five minutes for the OUT registration.
